Items sold on The Vintage Tin Box Company are described with accurate text and numerous photos from all angles of the product. Given that the descriptions are accurate, no returns will be accepted.

Exception is made in case the purchased object has been damaged during transport. In this case, the buyer will have 3 working days from delivery to take photos of the damaged item and package and 7 working days to return the damaged item. The object must be returned by the national postal services of the buyer's country. If the latter decides to take another transport service provider, the return will be at his expense.

Upon receipt, The Vintage Tin Box Company will determine whether or not the cause of the damage to the object has occurred and will reimburse the price of the object as well as the cost of return transport, if applicable.
